• I slept really good and even better on that little pillow even though it was only 3 1/2 hour of sleep. Oh I love it. It is all worth it!! I bet my mom would also love it. I know she will laugh at this little pillow but it does all the miracles. The reason I got the first pillow then this was because I had tried ALL pillows from Linen 'n Things over the time, and I had returned them ALL each time after the sleep even with memory pillow, as none of them had worked for my stiff neck. I am slender and exercise regularly. I need "just the right pillow". Then my friend recommended me to it. Oh that was it!!! But I got the first pillow which was XL just to fit to our king size bed. It was great but I don't think it was just right as the cute little so-called "traditional" pillow. I can't wait to try the comfort pillow on the plane. Feel free to use this as one of your testimonals. I will again advertise your pillows to my friends. I have shared with them but haven't showed them. Will do next time! • I received the pillow the other day and I have to say if you ever need a testimonial, let me know. Ever since we got our new mattress (a Tempurpedic) about a year ago I would wake up with either a sore lower back and/or a headache. Don't get me wrong, I love the mattress and sleep well but I did wake up sore. I have tried so many different pillows and it wasn't until I chanced upon my daughter's pillow which was actually my old Makura buckwheat hull pillow that my problems were solved. Fortunately for me she refused to give up her favorite pillow which meant I had to order a new bigger and better one. I've slept so well and woke feeling so good the last couple of nights and I truly attribute it to the pillow. Just had to let you know. Thanks.

  A few weeks ago I purchased a buckwheat pillow from you. I was very reserved, because I don't believe everything I hear during a commercial. I told you then, that I would test the pillow thoroughly and get back with you on the results.

  I must say I am very surprised about the positive effect this pillow had on my nightly rest. I used to get terrible migraine headaches, a stiff neck and pain and tension in my shoulders, but since I use your pillow I sleep wonderful. There is no more tension or pain when I wake up in the morning.

• Gary, You asked for a comparison -- Makura Miracle Pillow vs. Sobakawa. I feel your product is far superior in many ways, including nicer quality fabric, a zipper and the smell of the outdoors. The Sobakawa was OK but I was bothered by the unnatural smell of the hulls, possibly because they've been fumigated? Anyway, I love your pillow and adore your neck roll!

  I am a very pleased owner of one standard sized Makura Miracle Pillow since 1996. I ordered it from your website. This pillow quickly became the only pillow that I will use to sleep and it is the envy of my friends. Anyone I allow to sleep on the pillow for just one night ends up wanting to own one of their own.
  There are many claims about how the pillow affects us medically, but I did not have a problem with my back, etc. when I purchased the pillow, so I cannot comment on improved health. The reasons I like the pillow are as follows: 1. The support for my neck is incredible. I used to pile several pillows to sleep on, and sometimes ended up with a very sore neck. Now I just create a little dent in the center of the pillow, put my head in the dent and pull the rest of the pillow in around my head to support the areas I require. 2. I was always buying pillows, looking for the most comfortable, often spending quite a bit of money. I haven't shopped for a pillow since I received my Makura! 3. My arm/wrist never falls asleep anymore when I read in bed. I used to use my hand to prop up my head when I read, every so often I would have to turn over and use my other hand when my wrist tired or fell asleep. Now, I just pile the Makura pillow up to prop my head to the height I desire for reading, eliminating the need for using my hand to support my head. Thank you very much.

  I received my Rejuvenator Deluxe Pillows on Thursday and gave them a "test drive" this weekend. Comparing the Rejuvenator Deluxe to the Sobakowa Pillow is like comparing a Mercedes to a Pinto! The Rejuvenator is in a completely different class! I knew from the moment I opened the box from your company that the Rejuvenator was a superior product. It was so clean and so well constructed. It's much firmer than the other brand and the snaps on the cases are a great idea.

• I found your pillow quite by accident. I was searching the Net for the Sobakawa pillow & your site was one of several listed. After reading the information posted, I bought the Rejuvenator Deluxe. I was impressed w/ the pillow. Now, the Mt. Fuji & Sobakawa products are turning up in local stores. I'm amazed at their cheap feel & heft. I'm glad I was able to make the best purchase w/ your product. Geoffrey P.

• Mr. Lang, I have to tell you about my/our experience with your pillow. From the first day, both my husband and I loved our pillows, immediately loving the feel (like sleeping on the beach, I thought, that nice sinking in the sand feeling) as well as the next-morning results of no stiff neck. Also less snoring. The kind of thing most of your endorsement letters mention. All true, of course, and wonderful.

  But the more amazing thing is that it cured a lot of other problems for us as well. I surmise that our old feather pillows (and I do mean old, handed down from my husband's parents when we married, and we've been married 28 years now) maybe have become full of mold or something we became allergic to. Each morning we'd both wake up coughing, myself sometimes even vomiting a little, resulting from post-nasal drip and congestion. And I've been plagued with flu-like symptoms since I had a bad bout of the flu a few months ago, and have bee noticing them mostly in the morning before I get up, with feelings of weak legs and dizziness, that type of thing. Usually cleared up after I got up and about. That, too, I now attribute to this feather pillow / mold allergy that seems to have occurred.

  I surmise this because all of that is gone now, and it was immediately noticeable from the very first day of Makura pillow use! So maybe some of that would have been corrected with just any new pillow. However, I think it's the Makura miracle cure myself. We (especially me) also seem to need much less sleep now, and wake up very refreshed and alert.

  Needless to say, we threw out the old pillows and have been spreading the word about this possible problem to our friends and neighbors--also recommending highly the 'cure' of the Makura pillow.

  Thank you so much. I wish I had discovered it sooner, but am so glad I finally have the experience of the Makura pillow. It cured what ailed me /us !!

• Dear Gary; As you know I have been marketing your Makura pillows in my chiropractic practice for about 9 years!!!! I have a "military" cervical spine and throughout all the years I've been a chiropractor my neck has been a constant source of restricted motion along with headaches. When I began "test driving" the Makura pillow I wasn't sure if there was any pillow capable of giving me comfort and proper support. I tried them all!! Foam contour pillows made my neck spring up and down and eventually the foam began to disintegrate. Down pillows were very expensive and they sagged after an hour of sleep. The "ordinary" Dacron filled pillows were just no good! Finally I tried a Makura pillow and, as Goldilocks said in the Three Bears....IT WAS JUST RIGHT!! Since then I've recommended (sold) the pillow to probably 400 -500 patients. Often, after one member of the family buys one the spouse will want one and then the kids. I treat a patient who is Chinese He works for PepsiCo here in Westchester County, NY (where I practice). His work took him to Japan for a few weeks, several years ago. Upon returning home to NY he returned to my office for care and mentioned that the very posh hotel he stayed at in Tokyo had ONLY "bean bag" type pillows for their beds. So he recognized the Makura's as being very much like the pillow he slept on while in Japan. I feel that the Makura pillow is the absolutely best made cervical pillow. I attended a Parker Seminar a few years ago and there was a company selling an imitation. It just didn't feel as comfortable or seem as well made. I'M STILL USING MY ORIGINAL MAKURA PILLOW AFTER ABOUT 9 YEARS!!! I've only had to change the cotton cover a few times due to body oils staining it. Otherwise it's served me very well. If you want to use any or all of this written testimonial please feel free to do so. I told you, several years ago, that I'd write to you extolling the virtues of the pillow but I didn't get around to it until I had a bit of free time this Sunday evening (after my NY Yankees finally won the World Series last night).
